  All of our classes are designed to work on different aspects of vibrational frequency and awareness to help you raise and refine your physical and energetic vibration and your level of Qi (life force).

  Qi Gong Workshops: Learn simple techniques and movements to transform your existence from ordinary to extraordinary.

  Qi Dance: Learn to recognize Qi flow in the body and practice basic Qi building exercises to begin to cultivate your life force. With this increased vitality, you can reach higher and higher levels of health and joy.
